Greg Allen (born March 15, 1993) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Boston Red Sox organization. He made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut with the Cleveland Indians in 2017 and has also played for the San Diego Padres, New York Yankees, and Pittsburgh Pirates.
Allen attended Hilltop High School in Chula Vista, California.[1] He then attended San Diego State University, where he played college baseball for three seasons for the San Diego State Aztecs.[1] In 2013, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Orleans Firebirds of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
The Cleveland Indians selected Allen in the sixth round of the 2014 MLB draft. Greg Allen is a true example of a Hustle Baseball Player. Hardworking, Focused, passionate for the game. He is an example to all our young Ball players!
Eric Del La Rosa
Eric attended Mt Miguel High School in San Diego CA.
It was here where coach Nick Guerra found while scouting another player. Eric’s energy and charisma grabbed Coach Nick’s attention right away! Eric had no plans of being a ball player, but it was this meeting that changed his direction in life.
From 2013-2016 Eric Played with the Hustle where he developed and impressed scouts all over southern California.
In 2017 Eric attended Grossmont Community College where he won San Diego’s first State Championship.
In 2018 Eric was awarded SoCal Player of the Year and Named 1st Team All State
2018 he was drafted by The Detroit Tigers as the1st Pick 7th Round
In 2021 he named Organizational Allstar as he Jump 3 levels is 1 year, Low A, High A and Finished the year in Double A. Eric also Led the Organization in Stolen Bases.
Eric is such a special Story! As the youngest of 10 siblings Eric always wanted and thought he would be a professional fisherman, but in his words, "God had other plans". He is a true success story.
Eric De La Rosa is someone that always remembers his routes and is always there for the kids! He is an amazing man and A True Hustle Hall of Famer!
Bradley Zimmer
Bradley Zimmer (born November 27, 1992) is an American professional baseball center fielder in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. He attended the University of San Francisco, and played college baseball for the San Francisco Dons baseball team. He was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the first round of the 2014 MLB draft and made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut with them in 2017. He has also played for the Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays.
Zimmer attended La Jolla High School in San Diego, California, where he played for the school’s baseball team. The Chicago Cubs selected Zimmer in the 23rd round, with the 699th overall selection, of the 2011 Major League Baseball (MLB) Draft, but Zimmer did not sign with the Cubs.

Zimmer enrolled at the University of San Francisco (USF) to play college baseball for the San Francisco Dons baseball team. In 2013, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League, where he was named playoff MVP of Cotuit’s league championship club.[5][6] In 2014, his junior year, he was named a preseason All-American[7] and to the Golden Spikes Award’s midseason watch list.[2] He was considered to be among the best available prospects in the 2014 MLB draft.[8] He finished his junior year at USF with a .368 batting average, seven home runs, 31 runs batted in (RBIs), and 21 stolen bases.[9]

Kyle Dowdy
Kyle Dowdy (born February 3, 1993) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Baltimore Orioles organization. He has previously played in MLB for the Texas Rangers and Cincinnati Reds
Dowdy graduated from Francis Parker School in San Diego, California, in 2011. Undrafted out of high school in the 2011 MLB draft, he enrolled at the University of Hawaii where he played college baseball for the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors. In 2012, as a freshman, he appeared in 13 games, going 2–3 with a 3.06 earned run average (ERA).
Following his freshman year, Dowdy transferred to Orange Coast College. As a sophomore in 2013, he had a 6–3 record with a 2.38 ERA, striking out 62 batters in 75.2 innings. He transferred to the University of Houston following his sophomore season. He was forced to sit out the 2014 campaign after undergoing Tommy John surgery. In 2015, as a redshirt junior, Dowdy was 9–2 with a 2.45 ERA in 19 games, including 12 starts. After the 2015 season, he was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 12th round of the 2015 MLB draft.
Kyle is an example of the Never Give Up Attitude that all Hustle players need.
Kyle was somewhat of a late bloomer but he never gave up on his dream!
He worked himself into exceptional physical shape, kept his focus on his dream.

Abraham Valdez
Coach Abraham aka “AB” is a true Hustle baseball original. He began playing with the Hustle at age 14 in 2011 when Hustle was only a High School Program. Coach Abraham began working with the Hustle when he was a senior in High School and has been with us ever since. AB graduated from Otay Ranch High School in 2015 where he earned 1st Team All league and 2nd Team All CIF. After high School he then attended Southwestern Community College where he made the All Pacific Coast Conference Team and earned a Scholarship to a top tier Division 1 university, BYU. Coach AB played 3 Season at BYU and earned a degree in Fitness and Wellness with a minor in Nutrition. In 2021 he signed with Sultanes de Monterrey in Liga Mexico ( Mexican Major Leagues).In 2022 he played with Algonderos de San Luis in Liga Norte de Mexico where he made his first All Star Appearance. Coach AB is currently playing in Liga Mexicana and will continue to live the dream of a professional baseball player in the Spring and Summer, while he continues to work with the Program he grew up in, San Diego Hustle, in the offseason.
Abraham is a great example of discipline and commitment. From the Challenges of making it through a strict school like BYU, to the challenges of COVID and 2020. He kept his focus and work ethic all the way through the challenges and is currently enjoying living the Dream of being a professional baseball player!
